We all have memories, some good and others fairly upsetting. If we could all focus on the good memories, I think life might be just a little happier for all of us.
"Every man's memory is his private liturature" ~ Aldous Huxley
One good way to keep memories is to take pictures. However, most of us just have a disorganized box of pictures, so a fun way to keep them organized and always have them for when you want to remember is to scrapbook. Info on scrapbooking
I've made tons of friends and memories in my life and the friends I lose I miss dearly. However, on youtube I recently found a friend I had in 6th grade and she makes some really great videos so I think you guys should check her out. Madison's Youtube

Worrying and Weirdos
I woke up this morning and, just as every morning, read my horoscope. It told me that today I needed to long over think a situation and worry about it. So, today is a worry free day for me. I think everyone should set aside one day of the week where, no matter what happens (minus major emergencies), we don't worry about anything. Most importantly, don't worry if you are weird. Everyone is weird. A new friend and I (Check out his blog http://ilpiano.wordpress.com/) were discussing this idea today. We are all weird so why do we not all accept weirdness into our lives?
Salvador Dali, a fabulously weird artist, once said "One thing the world will never have enough of is the outrageous"
This mindset led him to create beautiful art, such as above, so why should we not let ourselves believe the same idea?
Also, I recently discovered this aspiring musician on youtube and I think she is beautiful and inspiring so you should check her out. http://www.youtube.com/user/guitarlovergirl55
Till next time! Stay wise. :)

First Inspiring Post
Welcome to the first official inspiring post of the 'Wise Owl' project. :) I have some nice treats to inspire you and make your day a little brighter. I will start off with an inspiring quote to get your day started.
"Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though chechered by failure...than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat"
~Theodore Roosevelt
Spoken like a true Wise Owl, Roosevelt.
Here is a beautful picture that I hope will help you realize the beauty all around you. Look outside, weather you live in a crowded city or wide open ranges, there is always beauty if you pay close attention.
Since this is only the first post and I have not gathered much inspiring things yet, this will not be a very exciting post. However, I wanted to get it up so that I could motivate myself to move forward with this project. I hope people come to enjoy this blog and I have many ideas for it.
I am still looking for some help and support and there are lots of ways to contact me so if you are interested please do that.
In the future, these posts will be longer and more exciting but for now I hope you enjoy the first official inspiring 'Wise Owl' post. :)

Need Support!!
in order to get this blog working I need support! I am going to need inspiring links to sites, videos, songs, other blogs, quotes, forums. I am going to need people to send in stories and quotes that they themselves make up, inspiring art and photography. I am going to need inspiring ideas as well. I need all the support I can get! To help me out email my side email kittykittykitty999@yahoo.com. If this picks up I will get an email just to send stuff for the blog but for now use that one. Thank you so much!! :)
Also!! I might be wanting to "hire" (find) a co-blogger and maybe some researchers and people to help with graphics! I might be being over-ambitious but oh well.

The Beginning...
I am starting this blog to give myself a purpose. I want my purpose to be to help people understand life and start to understand it myself. I want this experiment to be a growing experience for myself and those who involve themselves. I want to explore arts, give advice, hear stories, share my own stories, hear and share philosophies and other inspiring things. I want this to be a place someone will go to when they feel down so they can feel surrounded by people who understand. So, let's develop wisdom as though we are old owls. Let's develop skills that we can run off of the rest of our lives. Let's connect now and learn together. Let's begin.
